Venture studios are designed for speed and repetition. Implicit assumptions in the early phase of a venture often result in multiple ventures later requiring simultaneous adjustment, with consequences for cost and controllability.

By making assumptions and trade-offs explicit early, clearly defining the legal and operational structure, and translating the chosen direction into concrete working processes, adjustment remains manageable as multiple ventures develop in parallel.

I also make dependencies, constraints, and irreversible decision points visible at an early stage, always in relation to the studio’s overarching strategy.
